Helen's Family

Helen was married to Walfred (Bally) M., and they had eleven children.  Uncle Bally passed away in ______ but Auntie Helen lived a long, robust life into her 90s. Her heart gave out after a short battle with congestive heart failure on Wednesday, March 9, 2011.  She and I used to try to converse in Swedish, but can hardly understand each other because I learned it from a book, while she speaks what she calls "Kitchen Swedish," which is what the ol' ladies spoke around the kitchen when she was growing up.  But it was always fun to speak our native language anyway, even though we usually ended up switching over to English after just a sentence or two.  Auntie Helen's clan is the biggest contingent of Sundholm descendants; her 2005 Christmas card said that she had 125 family members!

Arthur (Butch) had two children, Darrin and Mark, from a previous marriage.  Butch passed away in _______.  He is survived by his wife, Carol.

Karen is married to Dick L., and they have eight children:  Steve, Carrie, Laura, Anna, Jamie, Mike, Kenny, and Alicia.  

• Carrie is married to Dorn S. and they have two children:  Jordan and Grant.  Grant has one child, Hailee. 

• Steve is married to Tammy and they have four children:  Chase, Crenshaw, Bill, and Qweetah.

• Laura is married to Todd K. and they have five children:  Cody, Garde, Carlie, Tyler, and Morgan.  

• Anna is married to Mike C. and they have four children:  Dominic, Jonas, McKenna, and Toriana.  

• Jamie is married to Vicki and they have three children:  Claire, Holly, and Vanessa.  

• Mike is married to Amber and they have two children, Micah and Miles.  

• Kenneth has two children from a previous relationship:  Makenzieanna and Abbagail.

• Alicia is married to Ben E., and they have two children from Alicia's previous marriage:  Ayva and Pyper.

Ruthann (Tana) is married to Ronald N., and they had seven children:  Russell (Rusty), Roxanne, Reggie, Robert (Robbie), Rory, Ross, and Roger.  

• Rusty was married to Dindy (my Gwinn classmate); they did not have children.  Rusty passed away in 2001 (?).  Dindy is remarried to Tony C.

• Roxanne, their only daughter, died in infancy.

• Reggie was married to Ellen, and they had four children:  Levi and Robert, from Ellen's previous marriage, and Regina and Emma. Reggie's heart gave out in ______.  

• Robbie is married to Rebecca; they have one child, Jewel.

• Rory and Ross were twins.  Ross died at birth.  Rory passed away in 1998 (?) and was never married.  

• Roger, the youngest, is married to Becky, and they have three children:  Martha, Veronica, and Ramsey.  

Richard (Ricky) was married to Diane and had three children:  Jeff, Jeanne, and John.  Ricky passed away in 1996 (?).  

• Jeff is not married.

• John is married to Angie, and they have two children:  Ricki and Sophie. They also had a baby in Spring 2009, whose name and birthday I do not know!

• Jeanne is married to Paul J., and they have one child:  Gabe.

Robert (Bobby) is married to Kathy, and they have three children:  Craig, David, and Sarah.  

• Craig is married to Rhonda, and they have one child:  Alison.  

• David is married to Christy, and they have one child:  Grace.  

• Sarah is married to Jeremy W., and they have one child: Libby.

Emmylou is married to Doug H., and they have eight children:  Kelly, Kim, Connie and Candie (twins), Kathleen (Kate), Karen, Cassandra (Cassie), and Corrina (Corrie).  

• Kelly is married to Jim C., and they have two children:  Sydney and Kyle.  Sydney is married to Luke. Kyle is not married.

• Kim is married to Chris C., and they have two children:  Michael and Matthew.  

• Connie is married to Scott M., and they have three children from Connie's previous marriage:  Josh, Franchesca (Frankie) and Brody. They also have one child together, Eli.

• Candie is married to Rick F., and they have two children from Candie's previous marriage:  Giovanni and Joseph.  

• Kate is married to Abe L., and they have two children:  Jacob and Elizabeth.  

• Karen is married to Brad E., and they have four children:  Cody, from Brad's previous marriage, and Andie, Emma, and Aiden.  

• Cassie is married to Peter R.  They have two children: Jackson and Cora.

• Corrie is married to Dean E.; they do not have children. 

Curt is married to Persie, and they have two children:  Kirk and Alex.

• Kirk is married to Brenda, and they have two children:  Hunter and Dugan.

• Alex is married to Dayna, and they had a child in the winter of 2009 but I do not know its name!

Donald (Donny) is married to Tricia, and they have three children:  Chris, Lisa, and Nicholas.

• Chris is married to Michelle, and they have one child:  Maximus. 

• Lisa is married to Benoit. They have two children, Maddie and Julien.

• Nick is not married.

Anita is married to Red J., and they have two children:  Mike and Heather.  

• Heather helped out Grandma Helen a great deal (that's straight from the horse's mouth, Grandma herself, on October 7, 2006!).  Heather has a longtime boyfriend, whose name is Dan.

• Mike has two children from a previous relationship: Regan and Logan.
