Coatings on Wafers
We are working with various chemical and semiconductor companies to understand surface structures of coatings on wafers and buried interfaces between coatings and wafers.
We are applying SFG to investigate interaction of low-k materials, etch inhibitors, self-assembling monolayers, anti-pattern collapse-agents, and coatings for lithography on wafer surfaces.
